Whether this is your first web site, or you have an existing site in need of an upgrade or facelift, we can help.
From the "business card" site of just a page or two, to a dynamically controlled site that allows you to store all of your customers on the web for access anywhere in the world, we can help.
With technology and the web evolving at its current rate, it is no longer acceptable just to have a web site. It is at the point that just having a web site thrown up, or one that is out of date, can cause you more harm than good.
MoreWeb sites, like technology and fashion do not stand still. We all know that a 13" black and white television with rabbit ears is old fashioned, and a bee hive hairdoo is not the latest. And we also know that if you were thinking of doing business with someone with a hairdoo and tv as mentioned, you just might to opt out.
Web sites are no different, people can regconize old tired web sites, and when they opt out, you dont see them again.
Getting found on the web is not as easy as it used to be. Taking advantage of technology that does not cost any extra money, thats just smart.
Find out how we can help you to get found, and its all included!!
Some sites are just in need of some repair work. Others we can take your existing content and apply it to a new design. Others just take a little tweaking to get it into productive high gear.
Every web site we create is a billboard for our service! A $300 web site gets the same creative service that one costing many times that would!
With over 30 years of sales and marketing experience and 5 years of web site design, the functionality of your site is always the top priority. What good does it do you, or me for that matter if you get found on the web, but no one calls or writes?
First and foremost, we must establish your primary goal for your site!
While this sounds like common sense to any business owner or first year marketing student, it is not always to the people in the design community.
Defining Primary Goals
There are 3 primary goals that are typical for most companies and their web site.
Collect or gather a lead. You want the phone to ring, an email to arrive or your contact form to be filled out and sent in by a customer requesting information on your goods or services.
Have a customer visit your place of business. You want foot traffic. Restaurants, suppliers, car dealerships. Almost any business that has a location where the goods or services are sold.
Sell a product. We mean online, a customer clicks the "Buy Now" button and a sale is made.
Each of these primary goals have a differing approach to the design and the message that you have on your site. We also understand that the goals may not be sole and exclusive, meaning if you have a sit down restaurant that also does a large take-out business, we design accordingly
Web sites, and web site owners need to have a clear goal, a purpose. This in particular applies to older sites in for a remake. It is very common to see older sites that drone on and on, no real flow or direction in the message. The older school of thought was to dazzle them with verbiage, the more the better, we have all been to these sites.
When we start work on a new site, we want to clarify and reduce, and map out not only the end result, but how we get there. The goals go from "I want more business" to "I want more phone calls/emails" to "I want more phone calls from potential clients in this order of importance" and even "I'd rather not field phone calls from this type of client".
Sell the Action
For example, a law firm that only handles personal injury cases would probably not want to get a phone call from a person looking for a divorce lawyer. A commercial builder might not not want to get a request for a new roof on a homeowners garage.
This is the type of information that we plan and build into your new site.
Design is secondary, the message comes first!
Next we define and clarify secondary or supporting goals. Shaping the image of your company is always one of the primary supporting goals.
Some secondary goals may include for your site to aid in the acquisition or retention of employees!
Getting timely information out to existing clients.
